If you are experienced, you will be asked to demonstrate your capabilities, as the other regular Mistresses demand high standards. They operate on a loose co-operative and are no t happy about anybody who does not have a professional and ethical approach. However, the most important characteristic they look for is a good attitude and respect for the work.
