The Women have a culture of integrity and value competence, team work and education. The dungeon facilities are excellent. Most Women, whether Dominant or submissive, conduct their sessions from Salon Kitty's for many years.

If you are experienced, you will be asked to demonstrate your capabilities, as the other regular Mistresses demand high standards. They operate as a loose co-operative and are not happy about anybody who does not have a professional and ethical approach. However, the most important characteristics they look for are a good attitude and respect for the work.
