How to Complain

From time to time it is inevitable that you may not be satisfied with your session. Many people do not like to complain, as they feel it creates ill feeling, but I prefer that you let me know. The problem may be caused by any number of factors, and complaints are often resolved to everybodies satisfaction, but only if I know about it. You can easily contact me by phone, mail or email although I prefer email to begin with.
